2007
Company established, marking our first year of operations.

2008
Launched our first e-commerce project in the local market: www.shopping.bg – an online store offering a diverse range of products from electronics to books and beauty items.
 
2010
Operated over 20 e-commerce projects, rapidly expanding. Began importing and exporting various consumer goods.

2011
Served over 30,000 satisfied retail customers in local and European e-markets.

2014
Achieved €6.5 million in annual revenue and established strong wholesale channels. Exceeded 130,000 happy customers in both local and European markets annually.

2015
Surpassed 180,000 satisfied customers across Europe and solidified long-term partnerships with top wholesalers across the continent.

2016
Expanded our operations globally, developed our wholesale department, and launched a corporate sales channel. Built stable partnerships with over 300 wholesale customers.

2018
Grew to over 1,200 wholesale customers, opened three warehouses across Europe, and expanded our retail presence with two additional shops.
 

2021
Founded its own logistics company, enabling the provision of excellent and rapid delivery services to both wholesale and end customers.
 

2022
Founded its own IT company, which developed advanced platforms with rich functionalities, enabling rapid growth in both wholesale and retail businesses. This allowed the company to provide exceptional service to both types of customers, ensuring high product quality and outstanding post-purchase customer support.

2023
Became one of the largest taxpayers in its local market, strengthened its position both locally and globally, becoming a preferred partner for not only European but also worldwide companies. Polar Moda Ltd. has become a symbol of reliability, offering premium products with assured provenance.
